چکیده
Pinene is an active natural monoterpene from plants and has important applications in flavorings, fragrances, and pesticides. Especially, pinene dimers are regarded as renewable fuels with high density. However, the microbial production was limited by low activity synthase. In this study, synthase improved fusion linker optimization chaperon coexpression. To construct pathway Saccharomyces cerevisiae, YPL062W gene deleted to increase MVA precursor acetyl-CoA. Truncated 3-hydroxyl-3-methylglutaryl-CoA reductase (tHMG1), isopentenyl-diphosphate isomerase (IDI1), farnesyl diphosphate mutant (ERG20F96W−N127W) were then integrated improve GPP pool. tPt1 expressed constructed engineered yeast, titer of reached 0.166 mg/L. direct pinene, ERG20ww fused different linkers orders accessibility GPP. 9.94 mg/L these proteins order a flexible (G)8. After that, several chaperons coexpressed Sil1p 10.2 yield 1.63 mg/L·OD600. The results presented here provide novel information on protein production.

Recombinant pediocin in L actococcus lactis: increased production by propeptide fusion and improved potency by co‐production with PedC
We describe the impact of two propeptides and PedC on the production yield and the potency of recombinant pediocins produced in Lactococcus lactis. On the one hand, the sequences encoding the propeptides SD or LEISSTCDA were inserted between the sequence encoding the signal peptide of Usp45 and the structural gene of the mature pediocin PA-1. On the other hand, the putative thiol-disulfide oxid...
متن کاملImproved Production of Rhamnolipids by a Pseudomonas aeruginosa Mutant
A Pseudomonas aeruginosa mutant derived by random mutagenesis with N-methyl-N¢-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine, producing high levels of the rhamnolipid biosurfactants was selected on Siegmund-Wagner (SW) plates. The mutant designated P. aeruginosa PTCC1637 produces rhamnolipids at concentrations 10 time more than parent strain. NMR analysis and surface tension measurement showed that the biosurfactan...
متن کاملImproved ethanol production by a xylose-fermenting recombinant yeast strain constructed through a modified genome shuffling method
BACKGROUND Xylose is the second most abundant carbohydrate in the lignocellulosic biomass hydrolysate. The fermentation of xylose is essential for the bioconversion of lignocelluloses to fuels and chemicals. However the wild-type strains of Saccharomyces cerevisiae are unable to utilize xylose. Many efforts have been made to construct recombinant yeast strains to enhance xylose fermentation ove...

Construction of recombinant yeast expressing EpEX as a suitable candidate in cancer diagnosis and therapy
Introduction: Epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM) is a membrane glycoprotein that is overexpressed on the majority of tumor cells of epithelial origin and thereby can be used as a target of immunodetection and immunotherapy of cancer. So, it is important to produce this protein in its native form. Interestingly, during the last two decades, the yeast Pichia pastoris (P. pastoris) has beco...
